Never use your nails to prick the pimples. You can instead use a black head remover tool after taking steam, in case the pimple looks yellowish. Make sure you wash the tool in hot water, before using it to prevent any infection. You can use other remedies like scrubbing and face mask twice a week.
Apart from the aforementioned home remedies, you can opt for over-the-counter medicines. Topical cream containing benzoyl peroxide is known to be very effective in treating this skin condition. If the size of pimples is very large, you must visit a dermatologist.
